Refund policy

At The Urban Elora, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@theurbanelora.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the issue and help make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, altered, or returned without original tags and packaging. Gift cards and final sale items are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
