Shipping policy

The Urban Elora currently ships to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates:
Standard Shipping: $8.00 for orders from $0.00 to $69.99.
Free Standard Shipping: Free for orders of $70.00 and above.
Express Shipping: $15.00.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Express shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Total Estimated Delivery Time:
Most standard shipping orders are delivered within 8–18 business days, including processing time and shipping time.
Most express shipping orders are delivered within 6–13 business days, including processing time and shipping time.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delivery Delays:
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, customs processing, or order volume. We appreciate your patience if unexpected delays occur.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Missing Packages:
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You can also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
